New dx FHS 28 & no follicles

Jst rec bad news that my fsh is 28 & I'm in POF. Today I had a ultrasd & there were no follicles in either ovary. My FDR said I hav a 1% chance to conceive if I take estrogen & shld jst do DE instead. This is really killing me I jst turned 39. I hav 1 child I desperately want another. Does any1 have any advice? I want to know if there is anyway to stimulate the ovaries for follicles? Or any1 w/ same problem or success. I feel so empty... I want to try whatever I can for a bio child of my own b4 I consider other options. I had 1 OB say PCOS & other did nt think POF b4 going to the fertility spec so this was a lot to take in of never hav ur own child.pls help! hope06
