      sorry that you are going thru this....i went thru the same ordeal last year. i also have hypothyroid and high fsh and your story sounds very similar to mine. i am newly pg after a year of being monitored by a local RE...go to new high fsh board and search "highest fsh 93 and pg". You are not alone. Let me know if you have any ?s.
