We did a search on the internet about POF/DOR and found this information about Ovulex its a little pricey but worth a shot (not as pricey as IVF/DE etc which we will never be able to afford anyway) so thought it might be worth a try.

It says on the bottle Scientifically Designed to Aid Pre-Conception.

and heres what it has in it

Chaste-Tree, Rasbery Leaf, Black Cohosh, Dong Quai, Red Clover Blossoms, Licorice Root, Ginkgo Leaf, Echinacea Purpurea Tops, Bromelain, Garlic Bulb, Ginger Root, Ginseng, Mate, Meadowsweet, St.Johns Wort, Valerian Root.

I know nothing about herbs and stuff just realy want to know did it help anyone with a high FSH like it claims it can?

Lyndsey (thanks if any one answers)

Lyndsey...I don't know about this brand

but it sounds similar to another product called Fertility Blend, which seems somewhat popular. I do know from taking herbs through my acupuncturist, that some of the herbs you mentioned are very potent, so keep that in mind.

I hope someone else has some first hand info, or you might want to post on the new high fsh board as well.

Best of luck,
Ann
