She wouldn't have her period per se. However, if she has been diagnosed as being pregnant and now is bleeding or spotting, there could be trouble. She may be having trouble with the pregnancy or she may have an ectopic pregnancy, which is a pregnancy which occurs outside the uterus, which can be extremely dangerous. She should go to the doctor and get a blood test to be sure she really is pregnant. Otherwise, she pulled one over on ya.
