Sounds like you're not doing something right. Try some oral stimulation on her and perhaps a really good lube like the one on our home page. Maybe she should see a doctor as well to make sure her vagina is normal.

maybe its her just being scaredee that it will hurt that much, and cause shes thinking it she starts to feel it.
