get a husband with a bigger dick! No seriously, somethimes as we get older the lose the elasticity in our bodies, things sag and droop, etc. The vagina is no exception, you're just maturing. I have heard that Kegel exercises can help, which are a forming of simply squeexing and releasing the vaginal walls to tighten and strengthen them, then there are some creams that claim to work and finally surgery, although I really dont' recommend it.

I am 53 and had two children. Yes, I have been told that screwing me was like sliding a hot dog down a hallway!! A few years ago I started to do the kegel exercises. You can do them all day long and no one knows. Just squeeze your vagina muscles like you want to stop urinating. Do that a few times every so often. That is a big help for conditioning the walls of the vagina.
Then, in privacy, I take a long neck beer bottle (in this case a Bud) and lube up the neck and squat down (cow girl style) on it and try to pick it up with my vagina. It takes some doing, but after a while you will get it. Then take and add some water to it. Just a little at first as it will slip out easily from the weight. I am up to a full bottle and can pick it up and hold it for a long period of time. I have even done champaingn bottles. My S/O now tells me that when I grip his penis when I am coming, it is like a vice. He can hardly pull and push some times. And believe me, it is intense for the both of us.

Dawn, that is the most useful advice I have read anywhere on the Internet. Weak vaginal muscles is a big problem for many, and your advice is most appreciated.
