I have a bump inside of my vagina located anteriorly. It is the size of a cherry and is not smooth skin but textured. Is this normal? I looked at anatomy to see if it had a name but I can't see anything regarding this so I Don't know if it is normal or not.

I'm not sure if it's normal or not, but that doesn't mean there's anything dangerous there either. Of course I have to give you the standard "go see your doctor" on this one, because it might be something serious and it might not, only a doctor can tell you for sure.

It sounds like it could well be your G-spot, which is on your front vagina wall, about 2 or 3 inches deep, behind your pubic bone.

If you stimatle it with a finger or penis can produce some pretty intense G-spot orgasms. I have found Doggy Style to be the best position to hit the G-spot.
