That many females have worries that their's is rather large...however my "inner" lips in between those "outter" ones are FAR larger, the hang on about 1/2 inch to 1 inch when standing and when laying back the like "flop."

I'm wondering what the fuck is wrong? I've seen cooches other than the internet, and they don't have a "miniature penis"...I've had this since I was like 13, did I like stretch it out or something? Is there anything I can do to make it smaller??

Sounds like you are perfectly normal. Vulvas come in all different shapes and sizes.

i have the same issue and i was always so embarassed, but my bf seems to looove going down there all the time so i guess its not as gross as we think it is ... i do wish it was smaller though because i hate wearing a bathing suit, i feel like people can tell

I hate this soo much. Mine are large and protrude as well. On top of that the left side is longer, and they are rather discolored. You are perfectly normal. I have the same anatomy as you describe and I assure you, it is perfectly normal. Actually, alot of the women you see on porn sites have had their labia surgically altered. THEY are the odd ones, not you. Sad though, a generation of kids seems to be growing up expecting themselves (or their girlfriends) to look like porn stars.
