I had sex about a week and a half ago and there was a ton of blood, the first time I have ever bled. It felt as if something had ripped, and still now it appears as if my labia minora is almost hanging out of my vagina. I have not yet been to a doctor, is this something that will heal itself? It hurt and bled for a couple of days afterwards, but now the pain is gone, but it continues to almost hang out. Is it safe to continue to have sex? Should I get to a doctor? Thanks!

Have you ever had a period before? Are you possibly confusing this with your menstrual cycle? If the sex was painful and rough and you believe you were actually injured during sex that's one thing. And the solution to that is never have sex with that barbarian again. But if you might have started your period and didn't know it, then that's nothing to worry about. It happens.
