Red areas

I shave all my hair on my vagina. However, lately I've noticed several red areas on my vagina that look like they might be ingrown hairs. The areas are small and look like blood lesions. Does anyone know what these might be?

Sounds like ingrown hairs, but you should have your doctor check it out to make sure it's not an STD.
