It seems like you want advice on lifting but you really didn't make that clear in your question. For lifting I do alot of hangcleans, squats, and legcurls for my lower body. For my upper body I focus mostly on muscle groups used for pulling(bent over rows, upright rows and pull ups) and then I do some benchpress, shoulder routines and triceps.

I have trained a few outstanding young men in my time and at the the ripe old age of 40 I am still able to bench press 450 pounds. I have been a trainer of athletes for almost twenty years. Since everyones body type is so different the same workout will not work the same for all but I have something that is pretty simple that should work for most. Day 1 you focus on PUSH exercises only (B.Press, Miliatary Press, Behind-the-neck Miliatary Press, etc.) Day 2 you focus on PULL exercises only (Pull-Downs, Upright Rows, Bentover Rows, etc.) Day 3 LEGS only (Squats, Lunges, Step-Ups, Calf Raises, etc.) This will keep your muscles fresh and ready to go for your next workout. Some people make the mistake and maybe do B. Press one day and do Miliatary the next day, although you are working chest one day and shoulders the next you are working tri-ceps both days which can lead to not only overtraining the smaller muscle group but may lead to injury caused by fatigue of the muscle. Alternate Ab/Lower Back and Calve Raises every other day but be careful to take it slow the first week or so to avoid any discomfort. If you have any other questions please e-mail me at Mmmmmkay34046527@aol.com I will also try and answer any other wrestling questions.

A B Band Training System will help you to develop strength, flexibility, explosiveness while improving your wrestling skills. The base behind this workout is shadow drilling against resistance of the rubber band. There is an instructional video tape the comes with the product and is filled with different wrestling drills.
