what do u guys think is the best way for a big guy to cut wait before season?? supplements ect

Work hard in practice, i try to stay away from supps. and eat right. I lost about 8 pounds already and still goin. Gettin down to 130 by this weekend and im at 133 as we speak. U mite need to lose more but if u need to lose less i say just eat right.

I am a big wrestler, 180, just one month before, i was 188. Eating right and trainging with the team has made me healthy, happy and a lighter wieght.

i wrestle 160 and right now im 175, and i started at 190.
i just didnt eat very much, drank alot of water,
run, lift, wrestle and i lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks

No need for sup's just work your butt off, very little carbs (no soda) and be relentless.

Take low calary food. Do some work that keep your body bussy for some while.
