im in football now but i wanna do wrestling. i weigh 208 or 205 im not sure. im real good at football but i dont think im strong enough to wrestle people that are 215. so right now im tryin to get to 189.

i weigh about 130 lbs i want to wrestle 112 i am cuting all that weight in like a couple of days i dont eat anything or drink anything i go for lots of runs with lots of sweatshirts and i do lots of other things to.

that would be the unhealthy way to do it. they healthy way to do it and keep all of your muscle is to do what people normally do to lose weight: proper diet and extra exercise. of course, you can't do this in a couple of days, this will take weeks to do, so i would prefer starting right after football season. if it takes time for you to lose the weight, you can start out at 215 and eventually get to 189 before christmas before you certify. you may end up being lighter than the usual kids who wrestle 215, but what a great experience it would be for wrestling 189
