read abook and for some reason you just have to cast it as a movie in your mind? Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Right now, I am listening to "Cold Flat Junction" which is a sequel to Martha Grimes' "Hotel Paradise. There is a sheriff who is one of the main characters who is handsome, confident, fair and willing to break the rules occaisionally in the small county that is his jurisdiction. Maybe a non-comical Andy Griffith. Tommy Lee Jones comes to mind, but he is way too old now. This is a mid-thirties role, any ideas? For some strange reason, this is driving me crazy that I just can't come up with the right actor!

grace and peace,
becky

Hey Becky

I don't usually try to cast a movie. What I allways do though is imagine the book as a movie. I play the scenes in my mind (don't we all) as if it were a movie. I wish all the books I've read could become films...
