a question about NORTHANGER ABBEY (by J. Austen)

I'm reading it and at about the end of the 1st chapter there's a list of lines that Catherine Morland knows. I wonder what work Shakespeare's line comes from. It's about the poor insect which feels pain like a giant when we tread on it. Hope my English makes sense!

I knew that site but I wanted to know Shakespeare's work Jane Austen cited in NA. I think here I need a Shakespeare's expert!
