We're new and really enjoy the exchanges here.

We have a question we're hoping you might help us with. We found the LP "Caught Live + 5", it's a Promo LP on the London label, and there are (3) 8x10 photos of the group from the 60s, along with a flyer "London Spotlights - New release" announcing the release of the album.

I've never seen this "Promo" type of LP. Can you tell us anything about it? Is this uncommon? Is this of interest? I'll attempt to post the pictures in Lyrics & Art. I'd be happy to send scans also.

WordSmith, the webmaster of this site, died suddenly in July. He would have been able to tell you all the facts about "Caught Live + 5", I'm sure. And, He would have welcomed the art work. WordSmith created this site for Moody Blue's fans. This message board section was the newest addition to his website. He really enjoyed meeting other fans, all discussions Moody Blue!

From all my searchs in regards to this album, I'm finding it listed under "rare albums".

So, I'm guessing you have a treasure there. Perhaps not in money value, but a Moody Blue treasure.
