Have you had your son tested for Lyme's disease? A friend of mine told me the other day how many kids are diagnosed with JRA when they actually have Lyme's disease. The symptoms can be very obscure and follow the autoimmune disease pattern. I think it can be diagnosed with a specific blood test and treated with a long round of antibiotics. Who knows, when you have a sick kid, every stone needs to be turned. Good luck.
