so much for your kind words! Finding this site has been a godsend for me, and it's only been 1 day. Interesting that your doctor said it takes 6 mos for the methatrexate. Anna has been on it for about 8 doses and her doctor (is a pediatric rheumatologist) told me that amount of time is the half-life and we should have seen progress already which is why he suggested the increase in dosage and injection instead. I hope that your dd improves without the injection - we did the first one last night and it didn't go horribly but it definitely wasn't good. And it's heartbreaking to do.
