stop loss order

Larry

I use Charles schwab for stocks trading. I think they don't accept stop loss order. Do you know of any
online brokerage that accept stop loss order?

Leon, are you sure that Schwab won't take a stop loss order? Stop loss orders are very basic and very important orders. I have never heard of a firm that wouldn't take a stop loss order. I assume you mean a stop on a stock position and not an option position. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they wouldn't take a stop loss for an option trade.

I have accounts at Ameritrade and Scwab and both accept stop orders and stop limit orders.

If you use on-line orders, you are actually forced to decide between market, limit, stop and stop limit orders.

Neither house will acept stops on options.
