Wow, just been rubbing my eyes - the COT was negative by 42,000. I din't expect it, but as Mark Douglas says "Anything can happen"

Looks like it's time to plan an exit from the longs and entries into the shorts.

Yeah, I know it is scary Commerical longs fell 114,505 while commerical shorts fell only 53,915 from last week. This makes commericals 47.53% long now.

I think I'm going to stay put until next friday. If things hold to history, the market should be up next week, and give us a better sell opportunity, either that or maybe they will flip again...probably not though given the Fed decision earlier this week.
