If the commecials were to go long today would you buy the SPY using leverage as per your new COT system?

Gary, are you talking about the 40 week strategy that I wrote about a few weeks ago? If you are, according to that particular strategy, you would use leverage on a long COT signal and a S&P weekly close above the 40 week moving average. It's just a mechanical way to decide when to use and not to use leverage.

One more thing, Gary. You wouldn't go long today based on the strategy that I tested. I tested that strategy on the "51%-49% buy weakness and sell strength" approach.
