As I write this, gold is at $395, up over $7 for the day. If it reaches the $400 level it will get a lot of hype and start attracting a lot more attention. Also, I hear rumors that the new gold ETF is very close to being eligible to trade. That also has the potential to attract a great deal of buying interest.
