Can the COT strategies be replicated in other stock markets? Are their different stock markets around the world that release similar data?

I don't know of similar data that is available for markets outside the U.S. I think you will find that, generally speaking, the European markets will roughly correlate with the U.S. market, whereas Asia does not.
