You can buy it tomorrow morning as long as it opens below 5-day RSI 30. Your other choice would have been to buy it today in extended hours trading. Then whenever it closes above RSI 50 you sell. Couldn't be more simple.

i like the simplicity... and the track record.
will this work with SPY, DIA, MDY, IWM, etc? what's the logic behind this?

I’ve never back tested the other indices. But it should work. It’s VTO’s system and he/she doesn’t explain the logic, but I’m pretty sure I know what it is. The NDX is made up of big stocks that are institutional favorites. When they get oversold, there is usually enough underlying demand to cause at least enough of a rally to reach the target.
