Several people commented or asked me questions on my previous posts and I promised a reply. I don't want you to think I forgot about you. I think it would be best to start new threads with more reflective topics instead of replying to the end of an already existing long thread.

Therefore I plan to start new threads on Liquidity, Property Types, and Market Cycles soon. I will try to respond to all of your outstanding questions in the process of writing about these topics. If I miss something and you still want me comment/answer then just ask me again.

I am still planning on writing a little bit about different property types as well as the difference between investing in land, new development, and/or existing buildings. I'll also try over the weekend to answer some of your outstanding questions.

It's raining today so I can't play golf. Some bodies and I are on our way right now to the local Texas hold'em poker tournament. I guess you could say we're going to do a little stock investing - I mean gambling.
