Larry,
I seem to remember that you recently upgraded your wireless broadband. Any suggestions? I'm planning a few trips once my retirement is finalised here in a few weeks but I'd still like to be connected to the internet and not have to find an internet cafe or library every morning or evening.

Gary,

I'll check with my 20-year old son, who's my technical guru. I just tell him what I want and he sets me up. I know this -- if you're going to be staying in hotels it's easy. Almost all hotels have high speed internet connections in the rooms that you can just hook into. That wasn't true as recently as a couple of years ago. If you're not going to be staying in hotels Verizon has a service that I think is about $80 a month plus about $200 for whatever else you need. You're supposed to be able to use it pretty much anywhere.

The more I think of it, you're probably going to be climbing rocks. That may make make it a little more difficult.

Yeah, where I'm going there aren't going to be any hotels Most areas I can get wireless reception though.
