Oil

Larry,
I own some natural resource funds and I was wondering what a good entry point would be for buying more. Do I buy now that oil has broken 55? or should I wait until it consolidates or pulls back? Thanks.

Bob,

There are just too many variables to your question to be able to give you a very good answer. For example, I don't have the complete picture of your finacial goals, your other investments, your time frame, your risk tolerance and a lot of other factors that are important.

So I will just say this -- I would base my decision on the price of the fund, not the price of oil. So if it was your plan to add to your fund on pullbacks then wait for pullbacks in the price of the fund. If it was your plan to add to your fund on breakouts, then add on breakouts of the price of the fund, not the price of oil.

Larry
