I know this isn't an O'Neil short but with the blees commercial on the Nikkei at zero and EWJ at 10.92 near the top bb and still close to it's high of 11.09 it seems to be a low risk (15 cents a share) short try. I'd like to hear your (or anyone's) thoughts.

The Nikkei has been very strong lately and is making new 52 week highs. I'd like to at least see some kind of big price break before I jumped in front of the train.
