Anyone play the game Pit? We used to play a lot when I was a kid. Back then the cards had commoditees like corn, flax, oats, etc.. We still pull it out now and then when we have a large group of people over.
I was in downtown Chicago on Sunday and went into a game store. They had the game Pit with a decal that said "updated commoditees". I took a look at the back and it had gold, silver, platinum, oil, etc. It's not like the old days when you can corner the market on flax and get 40 points.
