I concur! Outlands #2 was definately better than the last issue, and I have a feeling it's going to only get better. Kelly's got one of those intelligent thinking minds that just keep on working.

Well, in my attempt to get OUT#003 to outshine (or at least be as good as) the first two installments it has taken me a lot longer than expected. But I trust I'll have it submitted before the end of the week. Just got to get the ol' noggin working again. Heh. Sorry it's taking so long. . . .
