It sucks! Don't read it! JUST KIDDING! Actually, it's a great chapter and a wonderful continuation from where the author left off in the first issue. Learning about Raiden's past with this dark cloud of mystery, I think, is the biggest asset to what makes this such an interesting issue.
I've noticed that every writer has a different style. STA is written blissfully, STR is written with intricate characters, so on and so forth. RAI is written cryptically and mysteriously -- an interesting twist on things around here.
