I got a fast car

This is to alert the forum of my purchase of a silver 2008 Ford Focus Thursday. May my old 626, which surprisingly fetched $200, rest in pieces at the dealership.

The Focus comes with all the amenities, many of which will take lots of getting used to.

For instance, I recently signaled my first left turn since January 2006. T was there that night; we were driving back from the Columbia Public Library when the bulb went out on Providence.

It also has a CD player -- a given nowadays, but still something I've never had in a car to this point. (Blind Melon's "Blind Melon" was the maiden selection).
