Rabbi Shmuel Posner of Chabad House of Greater Boston will teach a class about the Bais Hamikdash.

The Lubavitcher Rebbe encouraged people to make special gatherings for Torah study, prayer and giving charity, for men, women and even children, during the Nine Days of Mourning. He quoted the verse, Isaiah 1:27 "Zion will be redeemed through judgment [Torah], and those who return to her will be redeemed through charity". The Rebbe directed us to learn specifically Torah on the subject of the Bais Hamikdash, as the Midrash Tanchuma states:
"G-d esteems such study as if those involved were engaged in the construction of the Bais Hamikdash".
