I'm not in a position to say either good or bad about Jennifer or other longstanding visitors to LHL. From what I can see still remaining on the boards there has been quite a lot of stormy feelings.
From what I've gathered many of the heated arguments stem from the fact that charging for the new site came as a surprise for many. Maybe unfortunate that the news spilled like this - I still retain the view I stated in my post above. I see nothing inherently wrong with covering one's cost for running and operating a site like this.
If harsh words were exchanged it's unfortunate - from both sides - words spoken in anger are usually regretted. It also takes two to have an argument - you can't blame just one party...
