I think it's better anyway. I put a small amount of monoi oil and water and leave in conditioner in a spary bottle and use that. It works well as hair spray and wont damamage hair. If you will read that twinlab bottle on NaPCA ...it says to not leave it on hair for more than 5 minutes and then rinse out. Why? Because if you leave it on longer then instead of pulling moisture from the air into your hair it is now doing the opposite,pulling moisture out of your hair...it leads to dryness...really! But it is a wonderful spray I have used it for years.
