I just happened to catch part of The View this morning and they were doing a segment on household tips. One of the things they mentioned was how to sharpen scissors yourself. You can either use three pieces of aluminum foil stacked together or one piece of a fine grit sandpaper. You then use the scissors to cut the foil or sandpaper about a dozen times and that's supposed to sharpen the blades. Just thought I'd pass that on to you guys.
