I have used the Rosa Mosquetta shampoo and liked it a lot. I never did try the conditioner though... costs! Always a factor for me! I hope you will enjoy it. The Rosa Mosquetta oil is excellent for hair, so I believe you will have good results.
A great vitamin (not labeled a hair vitamin though) is Puritan's Pride "Green Source". It is packed full of wonderful things. You can also get the same thing under the Vitamin World label. You can see what's in it by going to
