It is true that Trolls usually do not log in, but that is so they can wreak havoc on the boards without us knowing who they are. Sometimes they do log in after creating some weird account name. They post silly, gross, sometimes mean things in an attempt to create friction and problems on the boards. They have even been known to assume someone ele's identity, responding to posts in a way to make other posters mad at a particular person, when that person wasn't posting at all! That is why I log in all the time to post. That way, everyone sees my log in and knows it's the real "Fox." Anyone could come on this board and type in your name and I would think it was you! So.. that is why the log in is helpful. Trolls are usually obvious because they ask questions that are not relevant, make little sense, are mean, or rude, or pretend to be someone they are not... you get the picture.
