I have used the BBB by George Michael, and think it is very good. However, I am always concerned about breakage. I told the GM stylist about my concern, and he said that since boar bristles are natural, the brush would glide through hair without friction.
I think it is important to always start at the ends, detangle, then brush from root to ends to prevent breakage - no matter what brush you are using. Additonally, some bristles (like nylon) may irritate the scalp. Check the condition of your scalp.
