I take five or six sweet potatoes, peel them, half them longwise, then cut them in 1/2 inch peices, line them up in a glass pan (sprayed with pam) I cut up one stick of butter all over them, top with 1 cup of sugar, bake at 350 until the sugar/butter starts to carmelize around the edges...and the potatoes get a little brown.....soooooo good
