It keeps me in shape for Quiditch! Marcus Flint showed me these a few years ago. They're excellent. If I didn't drink these you'd be cuddling up to a flabby body every night.

you know, a little thing called exercise has the same effect as those shakes, and exercise doesn't taste horrible. grins slightly

Of course excercise helps! I run around the lake every morning! But you need fuel, and the better the food, the better the fuel.

I'm sure proper food is better than that stuff. Why can't you eat them seperately? And cook the egg?
