Response to Anxiety

Sydney,

NSR reduces anxiety from the very first session. Not only do our clients tell us this, but research we conducted and are publishing next month in a peer-reviewed professional journal shows an anxiety reduction that is at least as large as that produced by Transcendental Meditation®, our $2500 competitor (our research is continuing with a larger follow-up study).

Since the Natural Stress Relief technique provides a degree of inner silence and physical rest limited only by the current level of stress, and since the rest it produces dissolves some of the remaining stress at each session, it follows that NSR is powerful enough to release every bit of stress, given sufficient regular practice. This means that the reduction in stress and anxiety becomes permanent and complete, creating a state of self-actualization in which even new stresses cannot be acquired.

This is that state of enlightenment which has been the goal of religion, philosophy, and medical science for thousands of years. It is now seen as easy to achieve, requiring nothing more than regular, effortless transcending until the stresses are gone and only intelligence, creativity, universal vision, and quiet inner joy remain.

Thank you for your excellent question!
