| Hi David,
I have been practicing NSR on and off for over a year.
I haven't really experienced yet the reduced stress or "bliss," possibly due to interrupted practice.
I have 2 quesitons.
I have difficulty sometimes keeping track of time, and sometimes this holds me back from losing myself in the session. Is it ok to use an alarm clock?
Emotionally, I feel very much the same as before, anxious, angry, nervous, etc
What I do experience is a lot of physical responses, i.e., muscle beats, "electrical charges," "heaviness in my head," pricking pain, occasional involuntary movement, etc
I understand these are signs of stress release. If you could give some more details on what is actually happening in my body I would appreciate it, esp since my practice has led me to these physical responses, but not an emotional response yet.
Thank you very much for your service, |
