Response to non-ideal conditions

Kammi,

Unlike many other forms of meditation that involve a great deal of control and discipline, NSR is so naturally effective that it can fit even into a busy schedule. Feel free to shorten your sessions, etc., so that your day is comfortable.

You will find over the months and years that freedom from stress makes us function much more productively and increases our creative intelligence. Both of these effects make it easy for us to meditate regularly for our full time, twice a day without fail.

Bad habits drop away, and good habits get established. But this happens naturally, as a result of improved clarity of thinking, not because we impose a rigid schedule on ourselves.
