| I just had this realization, finally understanding what it means when in Tao Te Ching it is said:
Less and less do you need to force things
until finally you arrive in non-action
When nothing is done
Nothing is left undone
(from the translation by Stephen Mitchell)
This non-action is the principle that the universe operates - there is no need to force anything. NSR (and similar methods) are in accordance with this principle. So this is the most fundamental level one can change him/herself at.
I've personally tried NLP, (traditional?) hypnosis, EFT, the Sedona Method, and some others and none of them have had an effect even close to what NSR has been able to achieve (and I've praticed this just for two days now!). Maybe the problem is that those methods operate on the level of mind, which is not the highest level. This also brings to mind what Einstein said, that a problem can not be solved on the same level that it was created. |
