i have been doing NSR for 7 days now, i did not do any this afternoon, only this morning, i did not feel to good the last 2 days, feeling some up's & downs , feeling Anxiety and Deepresed,during the last 2 days......
i know you guys are not Doctors, but have you seen this before?
