Firstly I'd like to say thank-you for making such an effective form of relaxation available so inexpensively. My question is regarding the practicing of NSR whilst taking Diazepam. My Doctor has prescribed me a 2 week course (low dose, 4mg a day) to reduce muscle tension. Is it OK to continue NSR whilst taking Diazepam? Thanks Harry
