Levium,
NSR Meditation brings a very deep state of restful alertness to the nervous system. This deep rest allows the nervous system to dissolve stresses.
This is a very profound and valuable change in the functioning of our nervous system and can have many effects, such as the differences in dreaming that you are noticing.
Such effects vary from person to person, since we all have different patterns of stored stresses. Some of us notice no changes in dreaming, others notice many changes.
The only effects of meditation that should not be considered "normal" are those that are uncomfortable. An example is headaches, which are usually a sign of concentrating on the syllable or other such effort added to NSR by the practitioner. Other than such unusual and uncomfortable effects, everything can be considered "normal".
It is best not to worry about every effect that can come with the regular practice of NSR Meditation. There are so many possible effects that such analysis would be self-defeating in the long run.
It may be better to pay attention to the improvements in our daily life that come as the stresses dissolve. For example, we may notice an improved ability to show loving behavior to our family and friends, or we may notice improved productivity at work as a result of clearer or more intelligent thinking.
