Are you the same John who is making other postings, or a different John? It is best to use a unique name when making postings.
Are you posting this warning about not meditating more than 20 minutes for a specific reason? The normal meditation time for NSR is 15 minutes, not 20 minutes or more.
Please let me have some more information so I can be of help.
