GUIDELINES: I ask only that you give your real, working email address during registration and that you do not register more than one account.
There are some big advantages to this change:
* If someone posts an urgent message, I will be able to help them directly in private by email. Currently, such a person may post without giving an email address and then may not read the forum again to read the answers and support that we offer them.
* We would know that the same person has posted several messages. This will help us understand that the messages are related to each other.
* Anyone can still post anonymously, by giving a name like "John from Adelaide" instead of their real name when they register their account.
